Meet Tyson McFadden! Tyson has been a valuable member of the Bron team for seven years, starting out as a machine operator in the warehouse in 2016. Since then, Tyson has transitioned to the role of Master Data Coordinator.
Tyson shared one of his favorite Bron memories was his first visit to the Denver headquarters, where he got to witness the entire operation firsthand.
“I got to experience everything, from the front-end operations to the back-end processes, including watching machines rewind from jumbos and observing the conversion process and the creation of die cuts,” he said. “It was all truly fascinating.”
Tyson is an avid problem solver and describes his day to day at Bron as “exciting and an opportunity to learn new ways to approach and handle challenges.”
“I feel like there's always something new to do or something different to experience. You don't feel stagnant,” he said. “It's exciting to me because, while it is fast paced, being faced with new challenges keeps things interesting and I genuinely enjoy it.”
Outside of work, Tyson plans to visit all 50 states so he can cross them off his bucket list!
“I want to visit all 50 states one day,” he said. “I’ve been to [over 30]. So, I'm more than halfway there.”
Some words of advice: 'Fast is slow. Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast.'
“I try and live with it every day because it really helps in my day-to-day,” he said. “It reminds me to slow down, tackle challenges methodically, and get them done right the first time. “
Tyson’s advice for success to new hires at Bron is to be prepared to learn something new every day.
“Embrace the opportunity to acquire new skills, adapt to different processes, and expand your knowledge.”
Thank you for all your hard work behind the scenes, Tyson!
