Mary Caparoula started her career at Bron two years ago as a Customer Service Representative at our Kent, Washington location. Since her first day, Mary has felt like a member of the Bron Family and works to make a positive impact on her customers and branch.

“I feel like the team [oriented] mentality and family feel is unbreakable,” she said. “I know if I have a question, I can reach out to just about anybody, whether it’s a phone call to another branch or our sales director, my office manager… everybody is so welcoming and forthcoming with knowledge.”  

Mary also indicated how much she values learning and building upon her education.

“I think it’s great that everybody’s on a different level of learning with Bron because it’s so fast paced, and there is so much to know about different adhesives and applications, that you kind of have to help one another, and I’ve always loved customer service in general,” she said.

Mary attributes her success to bringing a positive attitude and treating others with kindness.

“I try to have a positive energy no matter what kind of day I’m having, and after that everything else will fall into place,” she said. “Our customers are everything.”

Mary's positive attitude and commitment to prioritizing customers has made her an essential member of the Bron Family. She enjoys being a part of a team that is dedicated to learning and growing together. 

“What I love most about Bron is every single day I feel like I learn something new or a new way to do something that gets me better results,” she said.

Outside of work, Mary describes herself as a “movie person” and enjoys reading books like The Valley of the Horses by Jean M. Auel.
