We’re excited to recognize Katelyn McEachern, our HR Generalist. Katelyn works behind-the-scenes supporting our employees with benefits, payroll, and training. Her unique background allows her to see the whole employee – who they are and what perspective they bring to Bron.

Katelyn graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Anthropology. Pictured: Katelyn in Albania for a research fellowship. 

In her first job out of college, she worked for a company that didn’t have an HR department and realized just how vital HR is to a company’s success. This insight sparked a new passion and set her on a path to help others in their career journeys.

“I love studying people, and this is just another side of the human experience,” Katelyn said.

Katelyn loves the opportunity to connect face-to-face with employees. 

“I love getting to work with employees! Often HR is doing a lot of work behind-the-scenes that someone doesn’t know HR does, but when I can be face-to-face with an employee… that’s the best part!” 

Katelyn believes that when HR is done right, it can significantly contribute to an employee’s growth and development.

“I see my biggest impact in helping team members advance their careers and enhance their skills, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed,” she said.

Katelyn’s dedication to her role is evident in her commitment to supporting employees at Bron.
