Jenna Scheele began her career at Bron Aerotech, joining the printed tapes team. She’s held multiple positions since joining the Bron Family, and now Jenna is the Quality Assurance Specialist. 

“I started out as a temp doing that for about six months, got hired on, moved to art with the department of engineering and converting department for almost a year, and then I moved to quality assurance,” she said.”

Throughout her time at Bron, Jenna has become heavily involved in the Industrial and Converting sides of the business, making significant contributions to the company's operations. 

"Currently, I'm the Quality Assurance Specialist at Bron Aerotech, but I also help with Industrial and Converting,” she said.” And then I'm also the Safety Coordinator. Right now, we're getting our safety program up and going.”

Jenna often mentions how much she enjoys the people and team at Bron. 

“I just really like the community. Everybody that I work with is awesome and so fun,” she said. “And you know, we're all big on numbers, being in a sales company. And when we hit our sales goal, we're all so happy and high fiving at the end of the month. It’s that camaraderie that makes it special.”

When asked what three words she would use to describe Bron, Jenna answered with: Aspirational, Positive, Camaraderie.

Outside of the office, Jenna said you can most likely find her skiing and hiking in the mountains or enjoying some time outdoors. 

“I love the mountains. I love winter. I just love being outside. I’m just happy to be anywhere, hanging out with friends.”

Jenna has a natural passion for traveling and adventure, experiencing new places and immersing herself in new cultures. She even said that she plans on traveling across Europe!

“I’d love to go to Europe. I [went] there in college, but I only went to Paris. Since I recently got engaged to my fiancée, that's probably we're going to take our honeymoon,” she said. “So, we just want to go everywhere like Belgium, Germany, France, and England.”

Jenna’s final words of advice for new hires at Bron was simple… 

“Ask questions.”
