Bella Contreras has always been a curious and eager learner, with a passion for exploring new things and gaining knowledge. When she joined Bron as a CSR a year ago, she found the perfect platform to grow and excel in her career.

From the very start, Bella enjoyed the day-to-day work environment at Bron. She likes having her “own space to work in, and the constant support of [the] team”. Bella's key skill is her ability to quickly learn and master the systems and processes in place, which she has combined with her communication and computer skills to provide excellent customer service.

What excites Bella the most about working at Bron is “the opportunity to learn something new every day”. She is never bored and loves the chance to apply her knowledge in new ways. The transferrable skills she has gained help her feel empowered and capable of handling any challenges.

One skill that Bella wants to master is improving her tech savviness, which she says would enable her to provide even better support to her clients. Bella is a traveler and says Seattle, Washington has been her favorite place she has visited. Although, she dreams of “traveling to Korea one day to see BTS perform live in concert”.

If Bella were a superhero, she would choose the power of invisibility, which she would use to sneak into museums and explore them in solitude. Her favorite book is The Count of Monte Cristo by Alexander Dumas and mentioned how the theme, that love conquers all hatred, strongly resonates with her.

When asked about the best gift she ever received, Bella's answer was simple – “family”. The love and support of her family has been the foundation of her success and happiness.

The best advice Bella ever received was, "If it makes you happy, it doesn't have to make sense to anybody else."

This philosophy has become Bella's guiding principle in life, inspiring her to follow her passions and always strive for her own happiness. Her commitment to learning and growing has helped her excel in her career and inspired those around her to strive for their own success!
